PRACTICALITY OF TRACING OF LITHOSTRATIGRAPHICAL BOUNDAY FOR STEP BY STEP EXPLORATION AND DEVELOPMENT——AN EXAMPLE AT WESTERN CLINOTHEM OF LIAOHE SUB-BASIN
