Abstract: The sporo-pollens of the Devonian-Paleogene in Yubei area, the Tarim Basin are divided into 9 assemblages on the basis of 324 samples derived from 8 wells and combining with the latest achievements of stratigraphic research. The sporo-pollen assemblages indicate that the stratigraphic age is from the late Devonian to the early Oligocene. The studies of sporo-pollen assemblage and its age provide a biostratigraphic evidence for stratigraphic division and age determination, and are helpful for field practices.
