塔河油田井筒管柱结构安全性分析

Safety of wellbore string structure in the Tahe Oil Field

  • 摘要: 塔河油田井筒管柱失效事故逐年增加,通过对管体缺陷开展有限元数值模拟,揭示径向裂纹深度是影响管柱断裂的主要因素,并得出不同深度缺陷的临界提拉力,对现场施工及油管校核提供参考。通过分析螺纹机紧扣数,得出螺纹啮合接触应力分布呈现"马鞍"型,在螺纹连接两端应力很高,容易发生粘扣。通过模拟分析与现场实验数据相结合,能有效降低管柱失效发生。

     

    Abstract: Tube strings sometimes broke in the Tahe Oil Field. Finite element simulation was applied to study tube string accidents, and found out that the radial depth of cracks is the main factor controlling tube string breaks. The critical lift force of different defect depth was concluded, which provided reference for site operation and tubing check. According to the analysis of thread turns, the contact stress distribution of thread engagement is of "saddle" type, and in high stress on both ends of the threaded connection, prone to fastening. By combining simulation and field experiment, we can effectively reduce tube string failures.
