Abstract: Regenerative gas cooler is used to cool regenerative gas which has been dehydrated with mole-cular sieve in light hydrocarbon recovery.The dehydrated regenerative gas contains water vapor,HASand CO2,which may cause corrosion in tubes of regenerative gas cooler.In this paper,corrosion,espe-cially corrosion mechanism is discussed.Some practical corrosion prevention measures are proposed,which may reduce corrosion and extend the service life of regenerative has cooler.
