Abstract: Based on core,well drilling and seismic data,typical subtle reservoirs in the Central Junggar Basin are studied.Accumulation pattern of the reservoirs is set up according to their accumulation mechanism and hydrocarbon distribution.Due to the differences in trap characteristics,distribution,relationship among oil,gas and water,as well as formation mechanism,the subtle reservoirs are divided into 4 types:mudstone barrier,low-amplitude tectonic background reservoir,lithologic pinching and stratal pinch-outs.
