Abstract: The Tertiary drilling, logging and seismic interval velocity data from the Xihu Depression of the Donghai Sea were used to calculate the residual pore fluid pressure of hydrocarbon source layers. Based on the pressure analysis, the residual pore fluid pressure field of hydrocarbon source layers was established in order to approach the direction of hydrocarbon preliminary migration.
