Abstract: The whirl thin layer chromatography is a quick and effective method for separation of group composition of crude oil and chloroform bitumen "A" of source rocks in separation and purification of organic compound.It is characterized by smaller sample,higher recovery rate,better separation and easier separation comparing with the classic column chromatography.It will be widely applied in some fields.
