Abstract: The Mesozoic group in the Eastern Hebei Province was mainly studied in this paper.The classification,correlation and time of the Mesozoic stratigraphy were discussed to establishing the stratigraphic sequence. The generation,accumulation factors of hydrocarbon and the distribution pattern of oil and gas pools in this area were studied. There by aproposal for oil and gas exploration was suggested.
