Abstract: Applying the direct-simulation on hydrocarbon expulsion, the authors of this paper study the hydrocarbon expulsion and the expulsion rate in a certain depression of the Bohai Gulf Region. Furthermore, the main characteristics of hydrocarbon migration have been studied in this paper.
